The Vision
Andrea is a heart failure survivor. she's in the process of writing her book and launching her podcast. She wanted to inspire others and build a positive community where heart failure survivors share their recovery and success stories. She didn't know where to start to make her vision come to life.
The Goals
Establish an engaged community with active members who support each other.
Increase membership by inviting other heart failure survivors and advocates to join.
